BMW almost set to launch it’s upcoming electric 5 Series model by releasing an early preview/update about the vehicle.
BMW announced that the new 5 Series will also come in a battery-powered wagon version, as well as a 5 Series M model with an electric powertrain. The global launch of the new 5 Series in sedan form is scheduled for October 2023, with the i5 Sedan, while the European markets will see the i5 in 2024.
BMW i5 eDrive40 features a rear-drive setup with a rear motor with 335 horsepower @8000 rpm, and 317 pound-feet of torque.
