How to Fix Fire Tv Stick Stuck On Logo

If you realize that Fire stick freezes on Amazon logo which can be caused by a temporary glitch. There are quick solutions to fix this issue. Read on to know about it:

Step #1. Restart the device

Restarting the device can fix whatever glitch has caused it to freeze. There is no dedicated power button to restart a Fire stick device so simply disconnect Fire stick from the TV and plug it back in after thirty seconds to power cycle it and fix any temporary glitch.

Step #2. Check device connection

Sometimes your connection might be lost, so double check and ensure your device connection is steady and reliable.

Step #3. Use a reliable power cord

Use power cord or an adapter that was included in the device package to plug your Fire TV device to a power outlet, this will ensure your Fire TV has enough access to power. You can also turn it on with an HDMI adapter or extender to get the result you need.

Also, use high speed HDMI cable to power on your Fire TV or you plug in Fire TV directly to the TV without using an adapter or extender, hub or anything. This can fix the issue

Step #4. Wait for device to unfreeze itself

Let the device stay for about thirty minutes turned on until the screen changes. Simply letting the device be can unfreeze it. You just have to wait and let the device unfreeze itself.

Step #5. Change HDMI port

Use a different HDMI port to connect your HDMI cable, the one you’re currently using might be faulty, or there is a problem between the Fire stick and the TV. Change the HDMI port and see if problem persists.

Also there might be an issue with the TV, so connect your Fire stick to a different TV and see if it solves the problem.

Step #6. Make sure your TV is HDCP compliant

Not all TVs can have this feature especially old TVs. This feature is required for Fire stick to work if your TV does not have this feature, then that’s where the problem lies. You can review the video cable section of the TV owner’s manual to see if you TV is HDCP compliant.

Step #7. Contact Amazon support

If all these troubleshooting steps fails you, the contact Amazon customer support. Tell the representative the issue you face with your Fire stick and wait for them to fix it or tell you to get a new one.
