Foap is a photo app that allows you to get paid just by uploading and selling your photos on the platform. It is available both on iOS and Android with lots of buyers over the world with corporate locations in Sweden, Poland and New York.
How Does It Work And How Much Is Paid For Each Photo
Foap is very easy to navigate around, first you will need to download the app either from iTunes Store or the Google Play Store then you go ahead and create an account either with your email or your Facebook account. The next step would be to create your profile information and you will be required to rate five photos before you can upload any of yours and the rest is history. When uploading a picture, make sure you put up relevant tags, license and description so that other Foap users can see it and rate too.
Foap sells photos for $10 each and pays the owner of the photo $5, taking a $5 commission. Foap only pays into PayPal accounts at the end of the month which a user should have cashed out on the 15th of the month or forfeits payment for that month.

Foap Reviews
There has been a lot of reviews about the app but from my own perspective , it is a good app one can make some extra bucks from selling a photo online and to even begin with it is free to download and make use of. You can upload your photos straight from your camera and phone, moreover getting your pictures to be seen by bigger brands is a big plus on its own.
The pictures are watermarked before purchase to avoid other people stealing your images from the site and you can get to sell one picture over and over again. Another of my favorite about the app is that there is no minimum amount you have to earn before cashing out.
FOAP also has it downsides if you ask me but that is to be expected, in the app, there is a huge competition as there are many users trying to get their pictures sold and it consumes a great deal of time to create a large portfolio of your photos.
If you buy a product from one of the brands to use in your picture and you do not make any sells, this will result to loosing money and sometimes you might stay months and not sell any picture or ever most times.
There is absolutely no guarantee that your picture will receive a success sale and if you are lucky to sell exclusively, your will not get to be sold ever again. Most importantly, if you are hoping to make money quick, then I can categorically say that Foap is not for you.
Another downside of the app is that it only pays through PayPal, not any other means so those with no account will have to open it. Transferring money from a PayPal account to bank account might take up to 2 or 3 days so sometimes if you readily need cash this might act as a stumbling block for you.
