Galaxy Watch 4 was announced in 2021, it happens to be one of the first set of watch to run Wear OS 4 developed by Samsung in collaboration with Google. Although Galaxy Watch 4 supports different sports mode, if it is possible to avoid wearing the watch every time users should. It is advised that the smart watch should be limited to tracking, swimming, canoeing, aqua aerobics as there are not high velocity activities.
