The Soundlink Bluetooth speakers from Bose have a reputation for having some of the best sound quality. But occasionally, a need reset or pair again if the device isn’t working properly may arise.
Bose Soundlink Mini Speaker’s Reset Procedure
You can reset a Soundlink mini speaker to make sure there are no software problems with it if you experience problems like it won’t connect to a phone, the Bluetooth connection is shaky, or it doesn’t sound quite right.
The language selection and all other settings are cleared when a speaker is reset, returning it to its default settings. A factory reset is simpler because it’s a speaker and not a gadget where personal data is saved.
- Press and hold the AUX and Volume Down buttons for 10 seconds to restart the Bose Soundlink.
- Hold down the Mute button for 10 seconds to restart a Bose Soundlink Mini.
- Hold down the Power button for 10 seconds to restart a Bose Soundlink Mini 2.
- The Bose Soundlink Revolve can be reset in the same way as the Mini 2. For 10 seconds, while holding down the Power button, the speaker will restart and then reset.
