Resetting your Powerbeats Pro
- Insert both powerbeats earbuds into the proper charging case.
- Allow the case to stay open.
- Press and hold the system button on the inside of the case for about 15 seconds or until the LED indicator light shows red and white before releasing the system button.
- When that happens it is an evidence that they have been successfully reset and are ready to re-pair with your iPhone, Android, Mac or any other device.

Press both the power button and the volume down button simultaneously for about 10 seconds.

- Plug in your Powerbeats2 Wireless to a good power source.
- Hold down both the power/connect button and the volume down button for 10 seconds, then let go.

- Insert both Beats Studio earbuds in the charging case and keep the case open.
- Press and hold the system button on the inside of the case for about 15 seconds or until the LED indicator light shows red and white before releasing the system button.
- When that happens it is an evidence that they have been successfully reset and are ready to re-pair with your iPhone, Android, Mac or any other device.
