If you are looking for a way to install the Android Debug Bridge (ADB) drivers for your Samsung X200 here is a detailed  guide that will teach you the steps you need to get your device up and running with the ADB drivers. We’ll go over how to download and install ADB so you can have  a functioning ADB connection to your Samsung X200. 

What is ADB?

Android Debug Bridge (ADB) is a useful  command-line utility, it  allows you to communicate with an Android device over a USB connection. It is used  for debugging applications and also performing a variety of tasks such as installing applications, backing up data, rooting devices, accessing system files, and lots more.

Developers find ADB  an essential tool for their work as it gives them developer access to a device. However , it can also be used by regular users to access the innards of their Android device.

Here’s a step by step guideline to ADB a Samsung X200 driver.

#1. Download and install the ADB Drivers

The first step towards using an ADB is to first download and install the ADB drivers for your device. The ADB drivers are platform-specific, so you’ll need to download the drivers tailored  for your specific device, in this case download the specific driver for  the Samsung X200.

To download go to the Samsung website, or  download them directly from the Android SDK. Once you downloaded the drivers, install them on your computer.

#2. Connect the Samsung X200 to your Computer

  • Click on the Developer Options.

#3. Debug with ADB

Once you connect your  device to your computer, use ADB to debug your applications.

  • Open a Command Prompt window on your computer,  Windows key + R will open it, type “cmd” in the “Run” dialog box, and tap Enter.
  • Go to the folder where the ADB tool is located by using the “cd” command in the Command Prompt.
  • Type “adb devices” in the Command Prompt and press Enter. A list of all devices  connected to your computer will display, including your Samsung X200. 
  • Then use the “adb shell” command to access the device and perform various tasks like installing applications or backing up data.

If you don’t find your device Samsung X200, then know you have not downloaded the appropriate drivers. Try and download the correct drivers from the  Samsung website, or  download them directly from the Android SDK. Then try these steps again.
